We are a unique child care agency with the focus of being a healthy emotional available man in your child’s life while also taking care of your childcare needs. We mainly provide Childcare and Babysitting in Chapel Hill, NC or Carrboro, NC. We aim to provide a safe space for your child to realize that men are also natural caregivers and the masculine caregiving is absolutely essential for the development of emotional maturity and healthy adaptive behaviors. Hire-A-Dad Childcare is helpful to provide a counterpoint to toxic masculinity that most boys see in mainstream media that portrays men as incapable of validating their feelings. We are under the umbrella of the Men’s Group Network Nonprofit that provides a way to healthily express our emotions and to redefine what healthy masculinity is.
