Here's a thought. You have way too much time on your hands. Why not give the rhetoric a rest and go for a walk on this cool, autumnal morning? Smile at folk in your neighborhood, talk to them. Mostly just listen. It will be a real eye opener. We are mostly alike. Moderate Republicans and Democrats are nearly indistinguishable save a few issues. We all have the same hopes and fears in life. It is the party extremes that are raising all the ruckus and have our nation so very divided. Trust me, a divided nation becomes vulnerable for a fundamentalist religious theocracy, a communist or socialist government or a godless tyrant to just march in and take over. Stop listening to disaffected Americans that only are motivated in destroying the greatest land on the planet. Enjoy your life, help others to the best of your ability. When I am helping others, I have little time or energy to worry about silly things. Things like which party is in control, or listen to those who tell me who I am supposed to hate today.
