Lost - 4pm on Saturday 9/24 in Ballard near Ocho at 24th and NW Market St. Ortlieb Back Roller pannier, white with black pattern. I can identify the contents. Please respond if you were the nice person who picked it up to secure it for me; this is my commuting bag for work. Thank you!
