I need someone to complete the projects below. Please provide separate quotes for each project. 1: Box out the the row of pipes and wires in the first picture (we're going to leave the 2 pipes on the other side exposed). The box should come down from the ceiling approx 6 inches and be about 1.5 feet wide to cover all the wires and pipes. Then add drywall mud, and tape. The end result should look like a smooth HVAC duct. 2: Add a row of 5 recess lights to the center of the room to replace the existing 2 lights, plus a sixth light in the closet. Add a light switch to both closet and bedroom. There should be decent access since we're boxing out the pipes, so you can make holes under where the boxed out area will be. 3: Add an approx 2 inch drop ceiling in the closet to cover up all the pipes. Tape, mud, and paint. 4: Frame out and add a door in the closet in front of the water heaters. Add drywall around the door, tape, mud, and paint. The bedroom is 21 x 9.5 and the closet it 4.5 x 10. I will provide the materials, please provide a quote for labor only.
