Hi, I have to surrender my dog Toby, Because my other dog wants to fight with him,Toby is a special needs dog, He has Hip dysplasia and arthritis Allergies,He is a loving dog,loves people and never been around children,He has High anxiety from this he doesn't take dog walks,I am looking for a rescue place that takes in special needs dogs that's in pa, if I take him to SPCA or other shelter they will put him down because nobody wants a dog with the problem he has,does any body know we're I can find a rescue for him?
