I'm looking a subcontractor in Wilmington De. for a full gut rehab and a addition. You must be a licensed and insured with workman's comp in Delaware. You must be able to pull all permits and have your own subs for plumbing, HVAC & Electric. I prefer a local company and but will consider out state.
