We are currently looking to employ a Groundskeeper/Porter at an industrial park located in Santa Maria, CA. Position is approx. 20-30 hours per week. Brief job description includes, but not limited to: *Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and office, parking lots and other community buildings. *Mow, blow, hedge, pick weeds, spray weeds, routine landscape maintenance. *Remove trash from office areas and around perimeter of the park on a regular basis. *Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant units (trash outs) prior to make-ready. *Assist On-site Manager and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner. *Assist in the cleaning of available units. *Assist in the troubleshooting/repair of mechanical, carpentry and electrical problems. *Completes minor and routine service requests when requested by Management. *Perform additional duties as assigned. The ideal candidate PREFERRED: *Previous landscape experience (at least 2+ years) *Patient, self-motivated, understanding, reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
