Small powerwashing job

Looking for someone to do a small power washing job. We put in a work order with the property manager (Bells Flatirons) but they still haven't sent anyone and it's pretty gross at this point. Mostly spiderwebs filled up with dead insects on all the windows and crevices. I can't just rent a power washer from Home Depot because I can't seem to find a water hookup on our building, so I'd need someone able to work around that. Small job with two areas on the ground level (accessible via sidewalk) and one at the street level: - Front door/landing area - Rear patio and window (ground floor) - Small bedroom patio (ground floor) You could also hand-wash I guess but it's super gross.
