Tool Tuff (www.tooltuffdirect.com) is looking for amazing candidates to join our team. Full Job Description Tool Tuff Fulfillment Warehouse Associate Part time and full-time opportunities. Job Overview You’ll be part of the Tool Tuff warehouse team that gets orders ready for customers. Our fast-paced, physical roles take place in a variety of areas including merch, make-on-demand, customer returns, and general fulfillment. You will be selecting, packing, and shipping orders. Further advancement opportunities are available. Duties & Responsibilities: • Receive and put away inventory • Gather customer order products • Pack customer orders • Assemble customer orders • Load boxes into trucks for shipment • Troubleshoot problems • Ensure product meets quality requirements • Operate a forklift or pallet jack • Lift up to 49 pounds • Push utility carts up to 60 pounds • Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts • Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around • Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards • Create manufacturing orders – advanced training • Call customers regarding their order – advanced training • Light computer work – advanced training What it's like at a Tool Tuff Warehouse • Safety. Your safety is important to us, so we provide protective gear. • Surroundings. You’ll be working around moving machines – order pickers, forklifts, and mobile carts. • Activity. Some activities may require standing in one place for long periods, walking around, or lifting heavy products • Temperature. The warehouse has heat and a/c but some of our products are outside so employees need to dress appropriate for Colorado weather. • Noise level. It can get noisy at times. We provide hearing protection if you need it. • Dress code. Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required. • Stay busy. You and your team are engaged the entire shift. • Hours: 8am - 4pm, breaks and lunches Salary is $35,000+ depending on responsibilities and experience.
