PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN ASSISTANT - Immediate Employment Opportunity We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented person to join our small property management team in SE Portland! JOB OVERVIEW: The PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN ASSISTANT is responsible for assisting the Property Maintenance Technician with day-to-day maintenance and general upkeep of the property. There is room to grow and learn new skills in this position. QUALIFICATIONS: EXPERIENCE: Opportunity requires no experience; however, some experience is preferred EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred. LANGUAGE: Some English is required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following: --Assist property maintenance personnel with cleaning and maintenance. --Commitment to excellent customer service and always representing the company in a professional manner. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: --Must be able to: --Lift/move 60+ pounds --Walk/Stand for extended periods --Climb Stairs, up to 3 floors --Climb ladders --Bend/Stoop/Squat/Kneel --Finger dexterity: Grasp/Grip/Turn PAY/HOURS: $20 per hour to start Minimum 30 hours per week (to start) Flexible schedule to be determined upon hire OTHER: --Easy commute!
