Homeowner Seeking Bids for On-going Yard Maintenance, Landscape -Fountain - Astro Turf - Tree Trimming Hello we are a retired couple that that are looking for on-going monthly and Bi-annual tree trimming plus more at 2 houses in SE Scottsdale 1 mile W of Casino Arizona and 1 house located on N E side of 17 and Glendale. So please read the entire ad and you MUST respond letting us know which project numbers you can do. 1) Here is the deal my neighbor and I live in a nice, manufactured home retirement community and looking to have our yards blown free of leaves and debris every 4-5 weeks. 2) Trim our 4 Palm trees (2 tall & 2 Shorter) plus and the tall trees between our houses 2 times a year. (See Picture) 3) See fountain in front of house, we want to remove it and replace it with another similar looking or nicer that is close to 5’ tall and 2’ W = option A > OR Option B is to dig a 5’ hole and install a dry pond & pump to hold water pump that IF I buy a boulder that is 30” W x 36” H x 20” D and approx, 2 tons. (See Pic of one we saw at a fountain place & will need to have mini bobcat or engine life type to set into place approximately where fountain is now but a bit closer to the road. The boulder would have a hole drilled down center for water to come up and run-down rock face and recirculate. * We are open to other ideas that would look nice but not need all the work of buying, transporting, and installing the boulder fountain. Thing is we have not been able to find a similar type fountain or nicer one to replace 4) Whichever way we go with the fountain idea we want to lay Astro turf in the front yard 20’ x 10’ and 14’ x 4’ on the side of the house 5) My wife’s disabled mother in-law needs yard maintenance every 4-6wks that includes some weed control plus small tree trimming in the whole yard (See picture with Buick parked in front) of house that is E of 17 on Glendale.
