Handyman - Need ladder for 12' walls - Sunday

Hello, I need help hanging curtain rods, mirrors, art, etc. Should only take a few hours. Would like to do it tomorrow, Sunday. The curtains are going to be floor to ceiling. So I want the curtain rod right at the top between the ceiling & the wall. So I'll need you to have a tall ladder. 1. Tall Ladder 2. Nails 3. Screwdriver 4. level Anything else you might need for just regular handyman stuff. Thank you!
