Easy Student job- Cleaning service for Airbnb

We have an Airbnb that people usually get for Saturday game nights. We need to clean after each guest checks out and make the space ready for the next check in. The next guest's check in is usually next week but in some cases the same day and a few hours later. Space that needs the service: It's a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom, two-story 1000 sf townhouse. - Kitchen: Guests usually don't use the kitchen unless for making tea or coffee and may put just water or some drink in the fridge. So the kitchen usually doesn't get messy at all. But if there is a dirty dish it needs to be washed and put back in the cabinet. ( Usually, there is not any). There is trash that needs to be taken out. - Bedrooms: Bed sheets and sets needed to be washed, dried, and set back. It will be two loads of washing machine. - Bathrooms: Sink & toilet Need to be cleaned. Again because they usually stay a night and not long. All the floors need to be vacuum cleaned and moped. Equipment: The house has a washing machine, Drier, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, and cleaning stuff. Basically, you don't need to bring anything. It's a two-hour work for each turn. Payment: We pay 45$ for it each time you come. There are some checkout and check-in on Sundays which means for those weeks you have time for cleaning just on that Sunday between 11 AM -3 PM. But for the rest of the guests, you can choose a day & time during the week as well. Please email us with any other questions you may have.
