Description
If you're considering purchasing a mobile home or already have one and are considering moving it into a mobile home park, DON'T DO IT! Research YOUR opportunities fully and take YOUR time. YOUR best option is to purchase your OWN land outright - and YOU CAN afford it. Most mobile home lot owners and tenant fallouts result in the landlord serving the homeowner with a lease termination and/or tenant eviction notice to vacate. The court does not care about fair housing violations (although it is supposedly “the law” - it is not and will not be enforced), will not allow you to present your case - no matter how factual, entertain anything you have to say no matter how vile the lot owner's behavior, and no attorney will even represent you and offer their assistance - but will defend the lot owners (they want to be on the winning side and get paid)! Shameful! Therefore, the law is on the lot owner's side and YOU will have to move your mobile home and possibly pay attorney's fees (the lot owner will ask). YOU have got to protect YOU! Lastly, there are many reasons for the fallouts and not paying lot fees was not the case here, thank you. Obtain and read the mobile home park lease (and rules) prior to deciding to purchase a mobile home. Having your OWN land is less costly in the beginning than after several years - and you'll have YOUR OWN property and investment in YOU. CHOOSE YOURSELF AND/OR YOUR FAMILY!! Decide your future carefully!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
