Lokie needs a new home

Lokie is almost a year old. He is a chihuahua corgie mix. He is sweet and loving but most importantly full off energy. He needs a yard or active people to care for him. I got him for my mom but he has gotten away from her a few times now and it's not safe for him. He won't go in the house and will eat hard dog food. There is a $75 removing fee for him. Would prefer He goes to someone with a fenced in yard or someone who is active as he likes to run and play.
