Residential insulation installer will be responsible for removing & installing fiberglass insulation. Become part of a fast growing local company with the opportunity to learn new skills and build a career. Need to be fit, strong, healthy individual willing to work in tight spaces in order to perform these tasks. Responsibilities: - Positive attitude - Install high quality fiberglass insulation in homes - Remove insulation from homes - Be able to withstand 130+ degree temperatures inside attics - Complete paperwork for each job - Ability to problem solve and handle on-the-job decision-making - Good organizational skills - Flexibility / willingness to work longer jobs, when needed - Ability to climb ladders - Great work ethic - Must maintain a valid driver’s license Physical Demands - Ability to work at heights of 40+ feet - Ability to consistently lift, push, kneel, crouch and reach while installing products in tight, HIGH TEMPERATURE ATTICS on a daily basis - Ability to work on feet for extended periods of time Job Type: - Year-round work - When insulation season gets slow we will have plenty of other work to be done!
