Couple looking for full time housekeeper to start immediately. Job Duties are as follows: Maintain cleanliness and organization of homes- regular and occasional deep cleaning Laundry & linen care Keep stock of cleaning supplies and some basic groceries Regular schedule of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual projects and tasks Point out any maintenance issues to appropriate party Requirements: Legal right to work in the US (this is a payroll position, no cash or 1099) Ability to stand for long periods, bend, climb a stepstool, lift up to 40 lbs etc Knowledge of cleaning practices and care of antiques, silver, rugs etc (some training available) Attention to detail Reliable trasnportation Basic English communication- fluency not required We are a semi retired couple with 2 dogs in the home. We have 3 homes in Orange County and this position would be split between them with the majority of the work schedule taking place in Coto de Caza. Work schedule would be Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30 with some flexibility. Position is payroll and pay is twice per month. No medical benefits offered, but paid time off will be accrued and holidays are paid. Please respond with some information about your experience for an interview.
