I’m looking for an lube tech with one year + working experienced working to all makes and models in a general repair shop or at fast lube.  The benefit is you will be working with three of the best master technicians and they will teach you everything from diagnosis, to working with equipment such as air conditioning machines, scanners, flush machines, balance and tire changer, alignment machine, etc. Basically it is a learn and earn position that is 10 times better than UTi. All tools needed are provided. You’ll work five days a week. Full medical and dental is provided.  ** I hired a lube tech from Valvoline, who in three years became a Master Technician, a terrific diagnostic tech and he got his smog license He is currently making $125,000 a year.
