Doing remedial tasks to the best of your ability for long-periods of time is not the best medicine for life. Use it to learn how to do THE THING YOU are doing. Eight hours is a long time. forty hours is a long-time and forty years is a career and if you need one. Learn a trade or go GET A degree. degrees are good for pretending you are worth a shit. motivation is key. I am seeking motivated honest men, women, of all ages who have work ethic and you can earn some bucks. Willing to teach (unpaid) motivated people or hire semi-skilled motivated people only. Do I need a car/Truck? No. Will provide tranportation to hard-working earnest people. Do I need tools? No. All tools and safety requirements by OSHA current standards is provided Do I need to be fit? No. But it does help you feel better about yourself and keep you motivated Open to all individuals legal to work in the U.S.A. probation ? no problem. just motivation jobs are straight-forward/easily completed with some degree of physical and mental focus. yes some exertion/effort is necessary. all genders/ages/great apes can do light construction. light construction is simple. But it does require concentration for windows of time and effort. Nothing I need done can't be taught fairly quickly to someone who wants to get a leg up in life and isn't afraid to get a little dirty and focus on the task at hand. You will not be an expert and I don't expect perfection. 100% effort is the name of the game. Submit a basic resume & cover letter that shows you actually want to work.
