Need A Wood Art paintable frame built

This is for someone with a wood shop or at least an electric saw. We need a wood canvas built. This is an entirely wood canvas, that is 30x72x2. This is not just the frame, but the actual whole thing. The top piece of front of the pic is 30x72. It is full wood piece, and the sides are 2 inches wide creating the profile. This can be out of any kind of solid wood, as it is going to be painted on top for a craft project. Could even be plywood.
