In reality, if you tell someone to not think about something (ex: what crimes do you know)!!!! Guess what! all your brain is going to do is think about that subject. Also, if you feel that you get in trouble for thinking out loud, then warren buffet would have the issues!!! In concusion, being a person that cant say the truth to one self and avoides the guilt and face it.. That energy spreads to the our children... PS If you feel like someone is arguing with you in your head, speak to them like they are your pride a joy..... with respect and be nice... and if someone is leading you to your vices (drugs, alcohol, weed, prostitution, and meth), thats not god! that's a crew Bellingham, trying to get your apartments.
