Ash is our Silver Lab Born April 19, 2021. We are his second owner. Got him when he was 4months old. He is a very loving and affectionate dog. He requires a lot of attention, both walking and affection. He loves to lay length wise with me on the couch! He likes ice as a treat. He loves being spoken to in a fun happy way! He responds very well to a happy voice when asking him to come,sit etc., He is pretty good on a leash. We walk every day. He is good off leash as well and will come to me when i call him. He is crate trained and is in a crate at night while we sleep and during the day while i’m at work. He gets into mischief if he isn’t going n his crate during the day. At night, he’s actually pretty good, he sleeps on a bed. Lately I have put him in his crate again. He is good with other dogs and cats, as well as kids. Some not so good: He will chew shoes, card board, never furniture if left when not in his crate. He will run off when off leash if he sees another dog, and will not come when called. He is anxious about meeting new people and I always tell people to leave him be, let him warm up first by smelling them. He has been well loved. I know dogs are a lifetime commitment. I have never had to do this, i just can’t give him what he needs. He needs love a home who can give him a lot of attention, he’s happiest when he can run, so a farm, property is ideal.
