Supp craigslist killas! 😎 Drummer & Bassist duo looking for band members We are looking for anything really- Guitarists, Keyboardists, Vocalists(male or female). We are specific though as far as the music goes. The genre that we'll be playing has many names: Dream-pop, Indie-pych, Shoegaze, Bedroom pop, Surf rock, Psychedelic Rock, etc with a modern twist. We both are pretty dedicated to playing this category of music and we will be playing this genre! Bands we're into: Holy Wave, Mild High Club, Tame Impala, CASTLEBEAT, Beach Fossils, King Gizz, Cuco, The Beach Boys, Sunbeam Sound Machine, DIIV, Vacations, Still Woozy, Homeshake, Cathedral Bells, DEHD, Mac DeMarco, Mr. Elevator, Beach House, Neon Indian, The Strokes, Hibou, Ringo Deatharr, Slowdive, Pond, Foster the People, STRFCKR, Japanese Breakfast, Triptides, Washed Out, Acid Dad, Allah-las, MGMT, Wild Nothing, Deserta, Slowdive, etc. We both have produced 14 demos which are all fully structured out songs(drums/bass/guitar/synths/vocals) from start to finish which we believe are going to help us get the ball rolling quick. We've both established it'll be most resourceful and straight-forward to simply begin work on our music that is already arranged and composed, rather than try to come up with music on the fly at rehearsal at first. 7 of them are all instrumental(drums/bass/guitar/vocals) the other 7 have electronic elements. We will be playing these demos we made, unless you already have better songs already produced and structured out to offer that are relative to Indie-psych/Dream-pop music. We even have the guitar tabs/keyboard chords written for all our songs so we can get the band moving quick and start playing shows. Here is our Bandmix page. Reed has an E-kit he practices at his apartment and a drumset as well. Looking for people in the Atlanta/North ITP area. Both in our 20s/early 30s and we are looking to play with members in our age range. We looking to rehearse on Sunday nights and on Thursday nights. Also you must be close(within 30min) of us. However, not only are we looking for members, we're looking for solid friends to add to our group! Every band I've ever been in we've always been really close, had solid connections and I still hang out with a lot of previous members. We go out to bars, shows, festivals, etc. We all have energetic, funny, hardworking personalities and are fun guys to be around with talent and ambition for writing music. We both have very like-minded ideas, a deep passion for indie/dreampop music and want to start playing shows as soon as possible. We are looking for members that also shares those same passions.
