Seeking childcare for 1.5 kids at odd time

I am seeking full time childcare for my 3 year old and part time child care for my 5 year old. Here’s the kicker, my hours will be 5am until 2pm so I need childcare 4:30am-2:30pm (give or take, depending on distance). Monday thru Friday beginning Wednesday September 28th. I am pretty flexible as far as what I expect and payment is negotiable, I do have a set amount in mind but I want to be fair. Childcare can be done in my home or yours as long as we both have the chance to visit prior to first drop off to get to know each other a little better in person. If done in our home, we do have two dogs so I would like them to meet you before the start date just so we know everyone is comfortable. I also have a spare room so if you would like to take a little nap prior to waking the kids up, be my guest! No cleaning or errands are necessary, only making sure 3yo eats breakfast, lunch and maybe snack and 5yo gets to school or bus stop on time. Also, 3 year old is potty trained, but will require help wiping. Side note, I can make sure a pot of coffee is fresh and warm for you first thing in the morning! If done in your home, I cannot promise they will go back to sleep once they arrive but 5 year old school does not allow drop offs until 7:50am. I do not expect to hire Mary Poppins, I know everyone has a bad day every now and then. I also do not expect you to go above and beyond because I’m not rich by any means so the pay will not be the greatest. I do not mind if you smoke cigarettes, just please do not smoke inside the home. If you have children and need to bring them, that is not a problem for me! Depending on my husbands work schedule, start times may or may not begin at 5:30am or 1-3 days off in the week. Regardless I will give you advance notice.
