I have a SubZero refrigerator with an icemaker. The icemaker hasn't worked for about a year. Finally had Box Appliances (SubZero) maintenance come out to do some other work and they were going to replace the valve to the ice maker. However, what they say they found was that there was no water going to the valve. Refrigerator is built-in, I don't know where any valve is that would shut off water to the refrigerator and have never had it turned off.
I'm looking for someone with both plumbing, handyman, detective skills to determine what the problem is and hopefully get water flowing back to the ice maker.
