Saw you on Friday night 9/23. I was standing outside smoking a cigarette outside of Spice on Chestnut Street. Curly hair black jacket and glasses. You came down the street walking toward 13th with a few other females. You had gray/silver hair. I looked up and our eyes locked. I couldn’t keep my eyes off you. You looked and me and smiled but kept walking but then you looked back and I was still watching you. Wish I had said something
