Maintenance Technician provides day-to-day maintenance of the Condominium the direction of Building Maintenance Supervisor Management. Responsible for preventative maintenance, daily repairs, and other duties as assigned.
Job Functions:
Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions in condominuim systems.
Conducting ongoing preventive maintenance program.
Resolving maintenance problems, complaints, and other work orders to prioritize and schedule work.
Ensure pool and spa is properly maintained to include cleanliness and chemical content.
Painting skills, as well as drywall repair, is a must.
Inspecting property to identify potential and current needs
Basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing knowledge.
Prior maintenance experience is a plus.
Working knowledge and experience with swimming pool maintenance.
Complete all work assigned in a safe and professional manner.
Maintain communications with supervisors to ensure that all needed materials, tools, and supplies are available or on order. Provide training and technical advice to other associates as needed or requested. Performs other duties as assigned by Management.
Passible English is required.
