Looking for a ( aupair )nanny / housekeeper/ personal assistant that I would like to live with me rent free and eats for free plus pay below I have listed a rough draft schedule that I’m looking for but I need someone flexible that if I need a night shift or weekend shift picked up they would be willing to do it. I also live in a very small studio apartment with 4 kids and 3 dogs one of which I’m rehoming I believe. Me and children sleep in a trundle bed that pulls out that we use as couch during the day and there is a Murphy queen bed that pulls down from wall that would be yours. I live in a luxury building in midtown that has 2 parks right outside and a rooftop grass / picnic area that the kids love. My kids are 10, 9, 5, nd 1 Here are a few miscellaneous tasks I might need help with: Running errands Watching children Cooking Taking children and picking them up from school appointments or extracurricular Getting packages / mail Any type of clean up Baiting dogs one time a week Scrubbing dog crate one time a week after bath Cleaning up dog crate and pads if there is an accident (easy clean up I have the type of crate where it goes through to pad) Booking/ scheduling appointments Phone calls Posting and selling products you will make 100 for each sale made Taking out trash Doing laundry Sweeping /moping /dusting Cleaning bathrooms Keeping organized Help 2 times a year with breeding / whelping needs (I breed my dogs) Example schedule below Monday- Friday: 6:30 am make breakfast and clean up 7:00 am put beds away make beds then get kids ready for school Older kids at 8:10-8:15 am Drop off 1year old to daycare 8:30 am if she goes to daycare Feed dogs and clean ages 9am Walk 2 dog 9:30am Sweep mop house and clean any dishes and clean up anything that’s out/mess do laundry 10 12-1 make lunch and clean up 1 walk 1 dog 1:15- 3:30 finish any cleaning or misc things 3:30 walk 1 dog 4pm make dinner and clean up before kids come home 5:15 -5:30 pick up older kids 5:45 pick u baby 6 pm get home with kids make them hang up book bags put away shoes wash hands and eat dinner 6:30 1 walk dog 6:45 baby bath 7pm older kids baths While they get baths baby eats in high chair and watches her show 8 pm baby has bottle and goes to bed for the whole night 8:30 walk 2 dogs After kids baths they get in bed on their phones / I pad and have to go to sleep by 10 pm latest OFF DUTY after 10 pm Saturday: 6:30 am make breakfast and clean up 7 am get older girls ready for dance and pack their lunches (take baby with you if she is here) either 8 am leave for dance uber or transit (I will keep son with me because he will have fighting on the rooftop at 10 am -12 pm 9 am - 2 pm dance 2pm uber or transit back home 2:45 a friend may pick up kids from home if he wants and have them until Sunday night every weekend 2:45 OFF DUTY 1/2 day Older kids gone at friends most weekends baby gone every other weekend Sunday: OFF DUTY FULL DAY Older kids if gone return at night baby gone every other weekend PAY: Rent free I purchase all food Plus 300 a week 1200 month EXTRA PAY: If I need help on on an off duty night shift I will add 10 per night (kids will all be asleep you won’t have to do anything except listen or be there in emergency) If I need help on the half day rest of day I will add 15 dollars If I need help on Sunday full day off I will add 30 dollars Side note : Also if baby is never not in school I would need her taken care of throughout the day but I’m thinking about enrolling her in school Call or text me at if interested You must be reliable trustworthy with my children I will do extensive interview!
