Family in desperate need of utility help

Hello, I have a family of 5 located in prospect, johnstown. We have gone everywhere for any potential help. We are desperately searching for someone to bless us and help us with our water. They are threatening to shut off on the 27th of this month. Yes we went to EVERY place anyone could recommend. They want $747.00.
