$500 a month to use your abandoned house

We are looking for an old, creepy abandoned house that we can use for a horror film. The larger the better! We will pay $500/month (to owner) to film in the house if it’s useable! We will also pay a $300 finders fee if you do not own the house but connect us with the owner and we use it! It will take perhaps 2-3 months to film our project there, but we will only be there a few nights total! We will also sign proper paperwork.
