DRUMMER WANTED for Country/boogie band

Working northern Michigan based band that plays an eclectic mix of new & old Country, blues based R&R / boogie tunes (and a few POP surprises thrown in), is seeking an experienced, versatile drummer with a pro 'tude and studio grooves. *NO "over-players". We need a drummer who embraces the concept that 'Less is more', and 'Taste not waste'... *NO "meter bouncers". Be a human metronome. *Vocals and/or harmony vocals a big + if you've got 'em. *Weekly practice and HOMEWORK in between, i.e. listen to the pro covers, put together your arrangement sheet, learn your part and be ready to practice with the band. We rehearse and perform with in-ear monitors. (But we can provide you with a wedge monitor if you prefer...) Band's performance thrust is on consistently executing solid arrangements with a studio approach to music mix and emphasis on full vocal production, i.e. harmonies and enhancing effects. OUR CONSIST: Male lead guitar and vocals, female acoustic guitar and vocals, female bass and vocals. We are an "ensemble" vocally, but the majority of lead vocals are by the female acoustic guitar player.
