We are seeking a hard working individual with strong leadership qualities, hardscape experience, and small/heavy equipment experience. We are looking for a leader who can effectively manage, motivate, and lead a crew to complete hardscape projects while focusing on efficiency and quality. We are a small excavating/hardscape company in the north metro. We specialize in residential and commercial boulder walls and retaining walls. We also install patios, outdoor living spaces, pavers, and offer grading services. In the winter we conduct commercial snow removal operations and the role of a landscape crew leader would transfer into a zone manager position. We pride ourselves on having exceptional equipment, tools, and crew trucks. We offer healthcare, dental, and a 401(k) matching plan.
