Join us for a workshop with Blair County Master Gardeners to learn about groundcover plants. These plants are used to hold and protect soil in a multifunctional riparian buffer. Growing fruit trees, brambles or cut flowers in a buffer area can be profitable—but measures are needed to hold soil in place. Groundcovers can be a good solution to protecting buffers and adding beauty to a buffer.
