Rehoming Hound Mix

I am getting out of a DV situation and I have to rehome my dog Ruby. She is 6 and she is a Hound mix. She is spayed and fully house trained. She is about 40 pounds. She will bark when someone comes to the door. She gets nervous when she sees other dogs but will warm up soon. She has lived with 2 cats. I have not been able to care for her like she needs to. Her nails need to be clipped really bad and she has been having a skin issue. For this reason, I will not be charging a rehome fee. I just want someone that can give her a peaceful environment and the care she needs. Thank you.
