Precipitation Northwest is thrilled to announce the return of Burnout, our official Decompression event! Our mission is to bring the magic of Burning Man and SOAK back home to this community and to display the world renowned artistic talent that calls Portland home. We do this while creating an inclusive gathering for those that may not have had access or ability to spend a week in the desert.
