Found lost dogs wandering Laurelhurst park

Found two dogs wandering without an owner in Laurelhurst park this morning! Folks around said the pair had been there for a few hours, they were in the road so my friend stopped and wrangled them. I picked the pair up, no collars and we had them scanned for microchips at my vet, but no luck. Male is black 60-70lb, female is brown 50-60lb, they look like labs but with funny tails. They seem loved, really hoping to get them home soon! If I don’t hear from their owner I’ll be taking them to Multnomah County Animal Shelter this evening or tomorrow morning.
