40G Breeder with 20G sump

I have a 40G breeder that used to be my main display tank but after upgrading it have been sitting in my garage. It is not drilled but it will come with a CS100 overflow, plumbing, pump, sump and stand. There are some black sand left behind in the tank. I am asking $200 for all of it, I can add two prime LED lights for an extra $225 for both. Thanks
