Shift: Tues, Thurs, Sat from 9am to 6pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Report to Property Manager and Maintenance Manager
• Communicate with residents, management, vendors, and contractors
• Maintain exterior of property (entrance gates/doors, balconies/patios, walls, walkways, garage, roof, etc). This includes repairing/replacing items, painting and cleaning up (property trash pick-up and removal, oil removal from garage floor, ensuring trash dumpsters areas are kept clean, etc.)
• Maintain interior courtyards and corridors. This includes repairing/replacing items, painting and cleaning up front lobby, elevators, trash chute rooms, laundry rooms, community room, hallways, vents, light fixtures, etc.
• Some light landscaping and pool area maintenance
Position Requirements:
• Must have clean DMV, criminal and background
• Must have own transportation (truck preferred)
• Must have cell phone
• Must have the ability to work with others in a positive and cooperative manner
• Must be able to ambulate over 2500 feet without difficulty over varied grounds and terrain.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds from a standing position.
• Must be able to lift objects over head, pivot and return to object to original position.
• Must be able to bend, stoop and work 30 minutes or longer in crouched position.
