The Northern Virginia /DC Chapter of CHADD would like to cordially invite you to be a sponsor and/or an exhibitor for our 2022 CHADD ADHD Resource Fair. THE BENEFITS OF BEING A SPONSOR AND EXHIBITOR The 2022 ADHD Resource Fair is all about community, and as a sponsor that includes you. We are dedicated to getting your company in front of families in our communities who are eager to learn more about your products and services – people who are looking for support as they deal with the day-to-day challenges of ADHD and co-existing disorders. Additionally, this amazing event will provide you with networking opportunities with local professionals – the people you want to get to know personally in order to exchange referral information for the benefit of your clients, patients, and customers you serve. This is a FREE resource fair, open to the public. The sponsorship fees allow us the resources to host and promote this important event. SPONSORS Registration deadline for Sponsors is September 23rd. GOLD: $500 With this sponsorship you will receive maximum exposure as our ‘GOLD’ partner in all: • Promotional materials, digital advertising, social media engagement, all with company logo • Company logo and name on event signage • Half page company description and logo in the program packet • Recognized as a GOLD Sponsor during each October Lecture including company description • Exhibitor benefits to include a resource table with a priority location SILVER: $250 With this Sponsorship level you will be recognized as a ‘SILVER’ sponsor in: • Promotional materials, digital advertising, social media engagement, all with company logo • Company logo and name on event signage • Quarter page company description and logo in the program packet • Recognized as a SILVER Sponsor during each October Lecture • Exhibitor benefits to include a resource table in a priority location EXHIBITORS Registration deadline for Exhibitors is October 1st. Registration is limited to 30 Exhibitors. Register EARLY to ensure your space. EXHIBITOR RESOURCE TABLE: $150 ($100 for non-profit organizations) You will have the chance to showcase your products and services by meeting directly with potential customers. Your name and website will be included in the 2022 ADHD Resource Fair program materials and you will be provided with a 6-foot exhibitor resource table.
