The artist Melanie Delgado is known for her exuberant, colorful paintings full of energy and life. One work in particular, Bingo at the Boardwalk, became the inspiration behind a special collaboration between Pinkwater Gallery and Fruition Chocolate Works to create a dark chocolate candy bar kissed with Peruvian pink salt, sales of which will benefit the O+ Festival taking place in Kingston Oct. 7-9. Come sample some chocolate and place a bid for the painting pictured here, the winner of which will be announced on MXDTV on October 13. *Stop by the gallery on October 1, when the limited edition BO+ARDWALK bar goes on sale during Stockade Faire! The buyer of the bar containing the Golden Ticket will win a small 10" x 12" painting Skilo by Melanie Delgado (pictured below).
