Our Harvest Bazaar and Grand Yard Sale is one BIG EVENT with multiple vendors, food trucks, clothing, furniture, jewelry, hand-crafted holiday gifts AND MORE! Are you a vendor? DON'T MISS THIS OPPORTUNITY! Click 'Register' to purchase one or more of the following spaces that are available: Food Truck parking spaces are $50 each. Space is limited! Harvest Bazaar display table spaces under the big tent (to display your unique and hand-crafted gift merchandise) are $50 each. Vendors are required to bring their own table clothes and display equipment. This includes 1 table and 2 chairs. Vendors may also purchase more than one space (at $50 each) if desired.Grand Yard Sale spaces (to display your yard sale merchandise) are $50 each. Vendor is responsible for bringing their own table and/or display equipment. Vendors may also purchase more than one space (at $50 each) if desired.SET UP AND BREAKDOWN TIMES: All vendors (Food Trucks, Harvest Bazaar, Grand Yard Sale) MUST complete setup for the event no later than 7:45am the day of the event. Vendor breakdown times are from 1:00pm - 2:00pm. DISCLAIMERS: CTCLC reserves the right to deny a vendor and issue a full refund if the vendor’s product(s) is deemed inappropriate for sale or display at this family friendly Christian event. Following CDC guidelines for outdoor events is recommended and encouraged. CTCLC is not responsible for any COVID related exposure that may occur.
