As part of the bid process, all developers and general contractors must document the good faith efforts they took to obtain M/W/V/DOBE participation in projects where the City of Indianapolis is involved from a financial standpoint. The Office of Minority and Women Business Development is committed to providing information and training to individuals who are responsible for ensuring that these requirements are done in a fair and consistent manner. The workshop will share the following information:Good faith effort requirements for developers, general contactors, and certified subcontractorsThe good faith effort expectations Examples of good faith effortsThe proper documentation for good faith effort Workshops are FREE to attend, but registration is required for all events.
