You can expect Anna to incorporate strength, fluidity, balance, and playful movements to create presence and curiosity to explore what feels best for you! Anna will offer variations to modify, intensify, or challenge the body by altering the pace or duration of poses, and the frequency that they are repeated. Anna is a certified 200-HR Yoga Teacher, Health and Wellness Liaison, and Level 1 Steel Mace Artist. She enjoys teaching with focus on breathwork, presence, and empowerment. Yoga class for only $5/$7! Open to Block House Creek residents only. $5 for OA members, $7 for non-OA members.  11am in Tonkawa Park
