Many of us have heard and read the story of the Samaritan woman at the well, who wondered about this Jewish man without a bucket proclaiming, "but whoever drinks the water I shall give will never thirst; the water I shall give will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” From the book of John 4:14. Yet, there is a deeper message in this story that God is trying to tell us about our own lives today.
Join Rev. Dr. Beth Marie Halvorsen to explore a fresh interpretation of the Samaritan Woman by recognizing our possible biases, gaining a fuller sense of history, and moving into greater breadth and depth in our own lives.
