Electricians - I Need two meter electrical panel to complete ADU

I have to find a panel to complete and have PG&E--- but I cannot find it. I am reaching out to see if I can find one that PG&E will accept. Maybe you have one. What I need is: 400 Amp, locking ring, underground panel with two meter sockets. One meter for the main house and another for the ADU. I will travel to pick up.
