Recovery with MELT Method is a 75-minute workshop specially designed for RECOVERY. The MELT Method relieves joint stiffness, pain, and inflammation in your feet, ankles, calves, knees, hamstrings, IT Band and hips. MELT will reduce pain caused by shin splints and plantar fasciitis, rehydrate your entire lower body, reduce joint compression and tight muscles. Big Bonus: it’s a great indirect treatment for low back pain!
This is NOT a traditional roller class. You can add these MELT moves to your training routine to decrease your chronic aches and pains and improve your overall recovery.
Bring a yoga mat. Wear comfortable clothing. This is NOT a workout. This workshop is about recovery and education. MELT rollers and foot therapy balls will be available for purchase at the class. If you already have them - please bring them. Workshop date: Monday, October 10th from 5:00-6:15 PM.

Mary Slight is a certified MELT instructor and continues to train in the MELT method for athletes and performance. She has 26 years of experience as a bodyworker and massage therapy instructor.
