Walls2Floors specializes in high-end home remodels and custom home building. We've been in business for over 22 years, serving the greater Omaha area. We are growing, and are looking to make the right addition to our team. Ideal candidate will possess the following skills: Reliably navigate to job sites Be punctual and dependable Possess a strong set of communication skills Capable of reading directions and being a self-starter General knowledge of construction materials and techniques a big plus A team mentality to accomplish work goals Have absolutely no experience in construction but would like to learn? Not a problem, we are happy to train the right person. Have years of experience and are looking for a great company to grow with? We have a spot for you too! We value attention to detail and time management far greater than how many holes you can dig in an hour--fortunately, rarely would you be digging a hole! Inexperienced applicants will have an opportunity to learn finish carpentry, tile, flooring, and more. For applicants with a developed set of skills, we'll work with you to find out where you will be the best fit within the company. This position has a 90-day probationary period. After 90 days you will be granted paid holidays and PTO. Probability of a company vehicle and gas card at that time as well, depending on position.
