Ready to explore all the different facets of a career in pediatric health care? We invite you to participate in our new career exploration program, Career Quest. This one-day learning experience will take place on Saturday, Nov. 5, 2022 from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Doors will open at 8:30am and the event will wrap up promptly at 3:00pm. High school juniors and seniors are invited to join our team for the day to explore the following departments and roles within the organization: • Nursing • Rehab • Behavioral Health • Medical Laboratory • Respiratory Therapy • Neurodiagnostics/Sleep Lab • Transport Team • Pharmacy • Radiology • Child Life The day will be filled with hands-on learning activities and deeper discussions on what these clinical roles look like on a daily basis. Due to policies at Children’s designed to protect the safety and privacy of our pediatric patients, high school students are not allowed to job shadow using the traditional methods. However, with the launch of Career Quest, we are confident this experience will provide students with an amazing insight into future career possibilities.
