Description

Hey fam! We are so thrilled to finish off this year with a multi-city big celebration as Spiritual Fitness has started to really take off!! We've seen God opening doors to reach more people outside of our city so we are eagerly expecting all the amazing things He has in store in 2023! Mark your calendars, invite your crew + pack your bags because we're headed south to kick off our 4th quarter event in New Braunfels at FitnessLab CrossFit. If you haven't gotten a chance to visit this box, it's pretty amazing! Let's just put it this way, the bathrooms are more fancy than Buckee's ❤ We want to give a HUGE shout out to Paige, Glen, Brodie and their team for opening their doors to us! Some things to expect: a fantastic workout prepared by our friends at FLCF, followed by nutritious snacks and then wrapping up with devotional time - lead by our very own Trey Steele. Come ready to be blown away as he'll be speaking on the topic near and dear to every CrossFitters heart, The Whiteboard. We'll be looking at answering the question, "how do we train for godliness in a performance driven culture". This message is for everyone as we can all relate with this in some shape of form. As always, we will have certified CrossFit Coaches ready to help you make any necessary modifications to the workout. There is ZERO expectation for you to be familiar with CrossFit or be a member at this gym to attend. Feel free to come as you are - physically and spiritually. Lastly, be sure to arrive on time as we'll kick off the warmup right at 9:00am! Thanks guys. We seriously can't wait to meet with you again! It's truly something special ❤ ____ The event schedule is as follows: * Community Warmup + Workout at 9:00-9:45am * Transition For Seminar w/ Food + Beverage 9:45-10:05am * Devotional Teaching + Small Groups 10:05am-10:50am * Next Steps, Raffle, 2023 Events Announcements + Closing Prayer 10:50am-11am ____ PARKING: You can park most all places (in the lot, along the road)... everywhere, BUT in the Habitat For Humanity parking lot. That's the only 100% you're gonna be towed area to avoid.
