Every quarter, sandwiched between our Story Summit leadership gatherings, members of the Innovation Collective take off on their own self-development sprints via 1 of our 3 8-week Pathway Programs. This is close to the heart of our mission here at the IC--to be whole, healthy, curious, and flourishing humans that build companies and products and add value to their communities around them. We know this is done best with community and accountability, so we began the Pathways. During each sprint, members can choose between 3 Pathways to take the right steps toward becoming their next best version of themself. For each of these, we have developed the curriculum through our experiences over the past 8 years. The choices are: Great 8: Each week we focus on how we can lighten our cognitive load in regards to 8 vital sectors of life including vision, health, relationships, money, self talk/confidence, focus/effort, community engagement, and fun/play. By bringing awareness to these areas and making small changes for improvement, we free up energy and passion to pursue what really matters to us.Studio: This is an early-stage business development course that integrates access to high-level professionals for mentorship, curriculum connected to the Business Model Canvas, and a look at our own position/motivation as creators. Participants in Studio will get a chance to "show and tell" what they build over the 8 weeks at the following Story Summit!Explore: This is a book club highlighting awesome reads pertaining to entrepreneurship to expand our knowledge, and have a chance to workshop ideas and concepts with a group weekly. *Pathways are an exclusive benefit of Innovation Collective membership.
